If there are any pertinent documents you would like to review with Jonathan, please email them to jnf@feniak.com before the call. Please be aware that generally he will not review these documents until the time of the call.

You may reschedule your appointment one time and only if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email with cancellation and rescheduling instructions.

You may cancel your appointment and receive a refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the original booking time.

The required advance payment secures the consultation time and you agree that Jonathan has earned the advance payment 24 hours after you originally schedule an appointment, even if you later cancel or reschedule your appointment or never speak with him. 

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and, if necessary, will work with you to reschedule your consultation.
